Replacing a replacement lamp post!

This is Monks Road in Enfield. One of these lamp posts is brand new and being installed as part of the PFI funded replacement of lamp posts all over Enfield - but which one? Clearly the other is a replacement installed not long ago so why bother replacing it again? This is the worse example of this PFI wasting money that we've found so far, beating the previous winner in Crown Lane, Southgate, where a "new" lamp post was replaced by another one a whole 3 feet away. Can you find an even better example? Do let us know if you do.
