Does Council care about Recycling?

Recycling scattered around full recycling bins!
Enfield Liberal Democrats today questioned the Conservative Council's commitment to recycling. "A week ago The Bourne recycling centre was full to overflowing and surrounded by bottles and cans which could not be put in the recycling bins" said local activist Dawn Barnes.
"Seven days later, the overflow has been removed but the bins are still crammed full and nobody can use them even if they want to recycle", said Dawn. "The reality of recycling sites is totally at odds with the Conservative Council's rhetoric of supporting and wanting to increase recycling rates within the Borough."
