Watch Out for Ice!

Water leaks are causing a particular nuisance in the recent cold snap, turning pavements and roads into ice rinks. Your local FOCUS team has been reporting any leaks found to Thames Water but repairs are slow in coming.

Note that Thames Water will NOT fix leaks on private property; such leaks are the responsibility of the property's owner. If you see such a leak, you may report it either to the owners or to us.

If you see a leak, please report it to us, 07867 961202, and also to Thames Water, 0800 714614. Be ready to give a clear description of where the leak is, how fast any flow of water from the leak is, and whether it is causing a hazard such as a patch of ice on the pavement.
